Our Volunteering Info

Volunteers

Volunteers are an important part of Hawkez Haven and are welcomed with care and clear boundaries.

Volunteering here is about consistency, safety, and learning — not rushing outcomes or pushing limits.

Volunteers may assist with:

  • Daily care tasks

  • Property and maintenance work

  • Horse handling under guidance

All volunteers:

  • Receive a clear induction

  • Work within established safety guidelines

  • Are matched to tasks suited to their experience

  • Are expected to follow instructions at all times

Hawkez Haven is not a riding school or training yard. Horse interaction is purposeful and always guided by welfare and safety first.
