Our Volunteering Info
Volunteers
Volunteers are an important part of Hawkez Haven and are welcomed with care and clear boundaries.
Volunteering here is about consistency, safety, and learning — not rushing outcomes or pushing limits.
Volunteers may assist with:
-
Daily care tasks

Property and maintenance work
-
Horse handling under guidance
All volunteers:
-
Receive a clear induction
-
Work within established safety guidelines
-
Are matched to tasks suited to their experience

Hawkez Haven is not a riding school or training yard. Horse interaction is purposeful and always guided by welfare and safety first.
